Mr. Dhia brings a wealth of knowledge from his tenure as the Former Director of the Iraqi Reconstruction and Development Council. He has played pivotal roles in an array of regionally defining projects, overseeing 265 Iraqi Reconstruction & Development Council members and $200B in budgets. Additionally, Mr. Dhia worked as a mechanical engineer with Bechtel-Enterprise-Iraq in the Southern oil fields.
He earned his mechanical engineering degree from the University of Baghdad, further advancing his expertise with a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Tennessee. Mr. Dhia also possesses an Executive MBA from Vanderbilt Owen School of Management.
Taha Al-Tamimi, MBE, is a seasoned executive with over 20 years in consultancy, energy, and government sectors with a notable tenure as Executive Director of Public & Government Affairs at ExxonMobil.
As the Founder and CEO of SABEEL Private Ltd., he has led the company to prominence in Iraq, offering strategic consulting services in market entry, risk analysis, and ESG strategy development. His expertise in due diligence for government contracts and mergers has positioned him as a trusted advisor to both public and private clients.
Previously, Mr. Al-Tamimi served as General Manager at MRC Global, where he built a full-scale distribution company to provide oil and gas equipment by establishing a low-cost procurement chain from North America, Europe, and Asia to Iraq.
With over a decade of supply chain management and international distribution experience, Khalid has consulted for and worked with a variety of industry-leading organizations including Medtronic, Abbott, Sinopharm, Kyoto Kagaku, and Dreison International.
Khalid has served as Managing Partner of Arx Ventures, CEO of Infinitex Solutions LLC, President of CNO Logistics LLC, and Executive Director of GAP Consulting LLC.
Mr. Raoof graduated from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a dual concentration in Finance and Mathematics. Khalid also completed coursework at The University of California Irvine in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
Hassan Dhia focuses on enterprise integration across Western and Middle Eastern markets, supporting private sector organizations in adapting operations, partnerships, and procurement structures to the Iraqi market. He also leads DDR's artificial intelligence implementation initiatives, applying emerging technologies to optimize development planning, supply chain operations, and infrastructure project execution.
Mr. Dhia holds a Master's in Biomedical Sciences from Wayne State University School of Medicine.
